The residential house has been used as a private home since 1970 and was completely renovated in 1999. On the ground floor is the entrance which is accessible via three steps. The safe for the entrance key is located to the left of the front door. The staircase leads to the first floor and the attic.
Through the central corridor on the right, you enter the cozy living area. A kitchenette with dining area, seating arrangement, extra bed, and the beautiful fireplace create a comfortable atmosphere. The large terrace offers seating and lounging options.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a second terrace. A crib is available for our little guests. To the left of the corridor, you'll find the bathroom and a separate toilet. The second floor houses two attic rooms and a bathroom. The first room is equipped with 2 beds and the second with 3 beds.
The two-story stone-wooden house was originally a farmhouse. The original wooden structure has been preserved in the staircase. The residence can also be accessed via a private external staircase. A ski lift and a restaurant right outside the front door.

The cottage is idyllically situated at an altitude of 1169 meters. Become one with the surroundings and achieve optimal relaxation. Explore the numerous hiking destinations such as the Teufelstein (Celtic power place), Stanglalm, the birthplace of Rossegger, Herrnalm, and the beautiful fauna and flora of the Fischbacher Alps. The course of the seasons determines the nature experience, with an abundance of forest berries and mushrooms or an untouched snowy landscape. In Fischbach, 6 km away, you have shopping facilities, cafes, a bakery, and numerous restaurants.
Our house is located on the L114, you can reach us via the S6 exit Kindberg through Stanz or via the B72 through Fischbach.
