Excluded from the price: Cleaning at the end (400.00€); heating according to consumption during
winter months; use of the indoor spa (if used from 16th September to 30th June there will be a cost
of 50.00€ per week per spa); baby cot (to be requested in advance - 10.00€ per day);
electric car charging (30.00€ per charge). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies,
depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights,
excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
