The cancellation of a reservation demands the payment of the following penalties:
– 25 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified up to 45 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 60 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 44 and 30 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 80 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days prior to the first day of the stay;
– 100 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified within 14 days prior to the first day of the stay

Fermignano plays host to several events every year, most notably thePalio of the Frog, a historical tournament dating back to XVII century and taking place on the first Sunday after Easter. Frogs are the undisputed stars of the festival and have to face a run of about 170 metres aboard a wheelbarrow guided by a knight. The race is preceeded by a parade with local people wearing beautiful costumes. During the event there are also markets, street performers, firework displays and tastings of typical products. By the end of the summer, on the first Sunday of September theGrand Prix of 19th century Penny Farthingtakes place. Because of its uniqueness, this event is known throughout Italy and abroad. It is a race between 7 town districts that compete along a 3 km path riding beautiful old bicycles. In addition to the race, the town is enlivened by shows, exhibitions, parades, food stands and markets.

A few steps from the villa there is a lovely farmhouse where you can taste the typical local cuisine and go horseback riding, even with children. The proximity to the town center with the main services and sports facilities including padel, tennis courts and riding school make this property suitable for every type of guest.
