Cancellation policy
If you unexpectedly fall ill or are no longer able to start your trip for any reason, you have the option to cancel your trip up to 60 days before the start of your trip.
If this deadline has already been exceeded, this counts as a complete cancellation. In this case, we will do our best and will of course try to re-rent the apartment you have booked at short notice. However, this is not always possible, especially in the off-season. If the travel period cannot be re-rented, you will unfortunately have to pay the travel price in full.
Here is an excerpt from our travel conditions:
The tenant can terminate the rental agreement up to 60 days before the agreed start of the rental period. In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee of €60 must be paid. In the event of a later cancellation, the entire agreed rent must be paid unless it is possible to occupy the rental property for another purpose (the cancellation fee of €60 must still be paid).

Getting there
Coming from the A1/B 207 heading south:
Take the first exit marked “Heiligenhafen (holiday park)”, follow the course of “Bergstraße”, and then turn left into “Lauritz-Maßmann-Straße”. From Lauritz-Massmann-Straße take the second left into “Eichholzweg” (am Binnensee). Continue along Eichholzweg to the end, where you will reach the “Ostsee - Ferienpark”.
