Welcome to our “hyggelig” holiday accommodation in Heiligenhafen. A cosy living area of 45 m² awaits you with a dining table and corner sofa for relaxed family time for up to four people. For additional family comfort, practical extras are available. These include free entry for two children to “Kinderspielwelt Schatzinsel im Aktiv Hus” in the case of bad weather.
The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped. The bunk bed for the children is in a separate room so that the parents can treat themselves to a few quiet minutes together in the evening.
A folding travel cot and high chair are also available. A handcart is perfect for trips, and blackout curtains ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. In the apartment, there are children’s dishes, snack containers, and a fall-proof bunk bed protector. A small selection of children's games, DVDs, and books is also available. An iron, ironing board, and cleaning supplies are also provided for added convenience.

The apartment is located in the “Ostsee - Ferienpark” Heiligenhafen on the 9th floor. You can reach our on-site rental office every day. There you can book towels and bed linens, among other things. Right outside the door you will find e-bikes, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, mini golf, playgrounds, an indoor arcades, and much more.

Coming from the A1/B 207 heading south:
Take the first exit marked “Heiligenhafen (holiday park)”, follow the course of “Bergstraße”, and then turn left into “Lauritz-Maßmann-Straße”. From Lauritz-Massmann-Straße take the second left into “Eichholzweg” (am Binnensee). Continue along Eichholzweg to the end, where you will reach the “Ostsee - Ferienpark”.

If you unexpectedly fall ill or are no longer able to start your trip for any reason, you have the option to cancel your trip up to 60 days before the start of your trip.
If this deadline has already been exceeded, this counts as a complete cancellation. In this case, we will do our best and will of course try to re-rent the apartment you have booked at short notice. However, this is not always possible, especially in the off-season. If the travel period cannot be re-rented, you will unfortunately have to pay the travel price in full.

The tenant can terminate the rental agreement up to 60 days before the agreed start of the rental period. In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee of €60 must be paid. In the event of a later cancellation, the entire agreed rent must be paid unless it is possible to occupy the rental property for another purpose (the cancellation fee of €60 must still be paid).
Tourist tax of €1.80 (per day/per adult) in the low season and €3.00 in the high season
