Cancellation policy
Reservations can be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to 30 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained.
In the event of cancellations made by the guest within the period from the 30th day before the agreed arrival date to the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 8 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price
Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price
In the event of a no-show or early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to take your holiday.

Holiday destination
Our house is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Rabland. The spa town of Meran is 7 km away.
We are located directly on the bicycle path and offer free bicycle rental.
Public transport stops are 300 m away. Various hiking trails are possible from the accommodation.

We can be reached quickly and comfortably via the Brenner Pass or the Fern Pass.
Arrival by train
Get on, lean back, and enjoy the scenery.
South Tyrol is well connected with trains from the Austrian Federal Railways, the Swiss Federal Railways, and the German Railways.

Sehr gute saubere Ferienwohnung Apfelblüte.
Fam. Pircher supernett und hilfsbereit.
Wir waren schon 3mal in dieser Ferienwohnung.
Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Schöne, gepflegte und sehr saubere Wohnung. Das Ehepaar Pircher ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht von dem Balkon/Terrasse auf die Berg und die Apfelblüten (wir waren zur Apfelblüte da) ist beeindruckend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist frei von Auto- und sonstigem Lärm. Eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Umgebung bietet eine Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten zur Aktivität.
Es war für uns ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.
