The newly renovated apartment offers a living space of approximately 50 m² suitable for a maximum of two adults and two children.
Designed in friendly colors, the space includes a living room with a high-quality sofa bed, Smart TV, and a kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine.
Adjacent is the dining area with a table for four people and access through large sliding glass doors to a terrace of about 10 m² with a beautiful view of the smaller harbor basin and a generous lounge seating area.
The very attractively decorated bedroom features a double bed with top mattress quality and access to the open-plan bathroom with sink and shower, as well as to the adjoining dressing area with high-quality built-in wardrobes. A separate toilet is located in the hallway area.
Both the living area and the bedroom are equipped with air conditioning, which also provides heating in the cooler months.
The apartment, located on the first floor, comes with a parking space in the underground garage beneath the building, which is secured by an electric gate system.
Another very attractive feature is the pool area belonging to the apartment complex, reserved for tenants and accessible through a badge system. Here you will find a swimming pool approximately 14.5 m x 7 m in size, a children's pool, and sun loungers, all just about 130 m away.

The apartment will be available for its first rental season in 2024 and, with its tasteful and high-quality furnishings in a prime location, it offers an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation near the hotspot of St. Tropez.

For the apartment, two bicycles are available.
The apartment is located in "Port Cogolin," a highly sought-after marina approximately 4.8 km from St. Tropez. Several large harbor basins provide space for about 1,600 boats, and numerous canals with attractive landscaping, private villas, and apartment buildings run through the extensive harbor area. In addition to regularly scheduled ferries to St. Tropez, Port-Grimaud, Sainte-Maxime, and Les Issambres, there are numerous restaurants within walking distance, the "Plage de Cogolin" beach about 1,600 m away, daily shopping facilities, and the large "La Foux" shopping center about 600 m away. During the high season months, the "Luna Park" and mini-golf courses about 1,000 m away are also popular destinations.
The renowned "Pampelonne" beaches are 9 km away and can be reached by bicycle in about 30 minutes, or by car in about 15 minutes.
Near the apartment, if needed, one can also find a fitness center, a laundromat, and a beauty salon with nail design, etc., within walking distance.
