We are located in the countryside of Portoferraio, Villa Presaccia is a large property surrounded by greenery, a splendid garden, many plants and trees frame it, it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a holiday in total tranquility. The famous beaches of the Costa Bianca can be reached a short distance away, crystal clear water and white gravel are the characteristic of the entire northern side of Portoferraio. - 50% of the total amount from 31 to 15 days before the start of the stay
- 75% of the total amount from 15 to 10 days before the beginning of the stay
- 100% of the total amount if later. This last penalty is also valid if the Client interrupts the stay already started.
