Nicht zufriedenstellend, was den privaten Swimmingpool betrifft, da er kaputt ist und die Residenz die Reparatur vor unserer Ankunft hätte erwarten sollen, insbesondere da wir eine Familie mit 4 Kindern sind.
Wir bitten um eine Rückerstattung eines Teils des Aufenthalts und nicht um einen Gutschein, da wir nicht zurückkehren möchten.
