Cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code*. However, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
up to 60 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge
59–30 days before arrival: 30% of the agreed total price
29–8 days before arrival: 70% of the agreed total price
7 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the agreed total price
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Other recreational opportunities
A definite highlight in the region are the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle, just 10 minutes away. For connoisseurs, we recommend a visit to the surrounding wineries, farm shops, and distilleries, as well as the traditional "Buschenschanken" especially during the "Törggele" season. But of course, the most beautiful thing is to simply relax on our panoramic balconies.
Holiday destination
Our 4-star boutique apartment house is nestled amidst greenery, directly on the Wine and Apple Trail, and serves as the perfect starting point for walks and hikes. Within a few minutes, you can reach the Meran 2000 cable cars (also a skiing area), Taser, and Verdins, to explore the surrounding mountains. For shopping and strolling, we recommend a walk to the village center or a trip to Meran (15 minutes) and Bolzano (45 minutes). We are happy to provide more recommendations personally.
Getting there
Leave the Brenner motorway at the "Bozen Süd" exit and continue on the expressway "MEBO – Meran, Bozen" towards Meran. After about 25 km, leave the expressway at the "Meran Süd" exit and turn right. Follow the signs for "Schenna" and drive on the main road for about 1.5 km through the locality "Sinich/Sinigo" until you reach a roundabout; there, take the first exit towards Schenna. Follow the road until the turnoff to Schenna appears on the left. After a narrow spot in the town, turn right towards St. Georgen. In a large right curve (by a construction company), a one-lane road will lead you to our house. It is the last house on this street.
