The Lanka Beach Villa has four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms: two on the upper floor and two on the ground floor. Each room is furnished with handcrafted teak furniture, Persian carpets, mosquito net and air conditioning and has an exit to a terrace. Three of the four bedrooms have direct and close sea views. One of the rooms with its own furnished terrace overlooks the lagoon.
You enter the villa via a country-style patio with fountain and from here through the large living room with satellite TV, stereo and WiFi to the covered terrace with sea view. Large pool
The villa is rented with staff (cook and cleaning man). They not only tend to your physical well-being and do everything necessary for you, but they also organise excursions to the charming surrounding area.

Within a convenient distance from your holiday villa, there are two of Sri Lanka's most beautiful national parks: the Yala National Park and the Udawalawe Park with leopards and elephants.
Sail through the lagoon of Kahandamodara or in the protected area Bundala or on the river Walawe and observe many birds, monkeys and, with a bit of luck, crocodiles too.
