The well-maintained and nicely furnished holiday home is located about 150m from the dunes in the Bohemien Resort holiday park, surrounded by fields of flowers. On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious, bright living room with large windows featuring a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV (including 6 German channels).
The open, fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, small oven, microwave, induction stove, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, kettle, and toaster. There's a large dining area for 6 people and a small conservatory.
Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
On the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single box-spring beds. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe. There is also a separate toilet here.
In the storage room, you can store your bicycles. Parking space at the house.

Bungalow park "Bohemien Resort" is nestled among flower fields at the foot of the dunes, just about 1 km from the long North Sea sandy beach in Sint Maartenszee. Within walking distance, you can find a supermarket for daily needs as well as the amusement park "De Goudvis" with a large outdoor and indoor play paradise for children.
The houses in the park are individually furnished and equipped and all have their own parking space right by the house.

Cancelling your trip is possible at any time. The following cancellation fees will apply, in addition to the booking fee:
- up to 61 days before the start of the trip 20% of the travel price
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip 50% of the travel price
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip 90% of the travel price
In case of a later cancellation or if you do not start the trip, the entire travel price is due.
