Our guest house is situated in the old part of town in one of the most beautiful streets of Lüneburg. Both the street and the guest house are a popular motif on many postcards from Lüneburg.
The house lies in the heart of Lüneburg within walking distance of all tourist attractions.
It is definitely worth looking around Lüneburg. The old salt-producing town looks back on a history of 1050 years and has various museums, old churches, ancient tombs and a lovingly restored old town. Lüneburg is also a lively student town with a long Hanseatic tradition. Offering over 350 different restaurants and bars, it has the highest concentration of pubs, clubs and bars in all of Germany. In the pedestrian zone, you will find many small modern shops behind historic facades. Lüneburg is the perfect place to stroll up and down the streets, enjoy good food and drink, and go shopping – all within walking distance of our guest house.
Getting there
Bike: Bikes can be parked in our backyard free of charge. This is only accessible to our guests.
Car: You can reach us by car from the street "Am Graalwall" by driving through the two one-way streets "Klostergang" and "Hinter dem Brunnen" to the street "Auf dem Meere". There is only residents' parking directly in front of the flat block, but you are welcome to stop to load and unload.
Parking: You can park in the "Am Rathaus" multi-storey car park (300m) for a fee, or in the "Sülzwiesen" car park (800m) free of charge.
Train: From the railway station you can easily reach us on foot in 10-15 minutes.
