"Welcome to "Villa Martina", named after a former faithful guest of this house. The house has a fantastic view of Risanäsviken from the patio at the back. A cup of coffee in the morning sun on the wooden deck or dinner around the table under the shelter of the roof on the patio is lovely. At bathrobe distance from the house, swimmers can take a dip from the jetty and within a few kilometers there are several child-friendly sandy beaches. The house has an open floor plan with a stove to burn in for lovely warmth and increased coziness factor, firewood is included. Sofa bed and armchairs to sit in for community in the airy family room with high ceilings. Kitchen with all the possibilities for self-catering and a dining table to gather around if the weather does not permit sitting outside on the privacy-protected south-facing balcony, furnished with a dining area and sun loungers. From here a staircase down to a large lawn with trees available for play and activity. A bedroom on the lower level with a double bed and a window facing the sea. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine. The loft stairs to the upper floor with two beds can feel steep and are not suitable for everyone. A child gate from below is available for some safety. The proximity to Ronneby with shopping, restaurants and other services is good. Old, ancient Ronneby Brunn with park offers events such as concerts, exhibitions and a large flea market every Sunday during the summer. There are also pools with an outdoor waterslide and a spa with an indoor hot tub. The boat traffic from the inner city through Ronnebyån out to the harbor and the islands is a pleasant experience. There are several daily trips in the summertime out into the archipelago from various harbors to picturesque places for swimming and excursion destinations that can be recommended. Walks and bike rides on narrow winding roads provide a wonderful nature experience in beautiful, green Blekinge, also called "Sweden's garden". Good to know Firewood is not included. Deposit is paid to the owner on arrival.

Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
