The property is situated in southern Umbria about 4 km from the town of Amelia, approximately 370 meters above sea level. Our family resided here until December 2021, and since May 2022, the property has been available for holiday rentals. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden of about 4000 square meters, complete with a private swimming pool. The entire property is exclusively yours to enjoy without sharing with others. From the garden and pool area, you are treated to stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The garden encircling the house is completely fenced.
The pool comes with a night cover, which is great for minimizing temperature loss overnight. This means the water temperature remains around 25°C even at the end of September.

In the town of Amelia, you'll find several supermarkets (Coop, Super Conti, Eurospin – also open on Sundays), butchers, bakers, fruit & vegetable shops, and bars. Amelia offers almost every kind of shop you might need, with an open market on Tuesday mornings outside the old town and on Saturday mornings in the old town near the S. Francesco church. The nearest restaurant, Il Merendero, is just 3 km away and is a fantastic spot for savoring meat, truffle, and other typical dishes.
