The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a combination oven. The living room features a seating area with a corner sofa, Smart TV, and Bluetooth speaker. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Separate toilet on the ground floor. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with two single beds. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

This holiday villa has a garden with a terrace. Garden furniture/lounge set and parasol are available. The villa is located directly on the water, so it is important that children can swim or wear swimming belts/vests when walking around the house. You are responsible for the safety of your children.

Special features

The main booker must be over 21 years old to rent the accommodation and must also be present during the stay if the other travelers are under 21.
For young adults (between 21 and 25 years old), we charge a deposit of €500.
