Villa Noemi is located in the peaceful surroundings of the village of Rakovci, in the interior of Istria. It is surrounded by 1,000 m² of fully fenced garden, which will provide you with maximum privacy. There is also a swimming pool in the garden, which will provide you with refreshment on hot summer days, and the large lawn is ideal for carefree children's play. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is designed for 4 people and also welcomes pets.
The interior of the villa is 110 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large, bright, open plan room with access to the outdoor terrace.
