The interior of the villa measures 120 m² and is divided into 3 floors. There is an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room on the ground floor. Lovers of rustic charm will appreciate the traditional aesthetics with playful details in the decoration. In the immediate vicinity of the village of Rošini is an essential stop for all lovers of natural beauty - the Baredine Cave. Explore this cave along a 300 metre long path that ends in an underground lake. If you're lucky, you might even see a manfish, a species endemic to these regions. Just a 5 minute drive from the villa is the charming fishing town of Tar-Vabriga, created by the merger of two villages.

Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
