Light-flooded 1-room apartment with plenty of space, where the garden and the large terrace (approx. 36m²) invite you to relax. The holiday apartment is equipped with partly high-quality and partly old furniture, creating a cozy atmosphere. There is plenty of space to store food and clothing. If you bring bicycles, they can be safely parked on the property.
The holiday apartment is on the ground floor and can be reached through a long garden. The kitchen-dining area and the living-bedroom area are separated by a wall with a large passage.

The holiday apartment is in close proximity to a nature reserve Karl-Ludwig-See or Altrheininsel. Ideal for long walks, bike rides or even sporty hikes. Heidelberg, Schwetzingen, Mannheim and Speyer are easy to reach for visiting cultural sites. Shops are only 650m away.
Anreise aus Richtung Hockenheim oder Speyer (aus Richtung Süden über die Talhaustr bzw, von L722 aus westlicher Richtung) fährt man am Kreisel in Ketsch geradeaus (2. Ausfahrt aus dem Kreisel) und an der nächsten linken Straße ab. Anschließend fährt man "Am Bruchgraben" weiter (muss sich dabei rechts halten). Ca. 240m weiter ist man angekommen.
Anreise aus Richtung Schwetzingen fährt man immer geradeaus, bis es nicht mehr weiter geht (rechte Seite ist eine große katholische Kirche). Dort links abbiegen und der Straße folgen und nach der Tankstelle (auf der rechten Seite) rechts abbiegen. Anschließend fährt man "Am Bruchgraben" weiter (muss sich dabei rechts halten). Ca. 240m weiter ist man angekommen.
