Tennis courts are approximately 3 km away, and the exclusive Forte dei Marmi golf course is just about 5 km away.
Holiday destination
La Stella is just a 5-minute walk from the village of Capanne, where you'll find shops, banks, a restaurant, and of course, a gelateria. The upscale Forte dei Marmi with its exclusive boutiques, restaurants, and the large "Mercato" (market) on Wednesday, where you can find many a bargain, is about 8 km away.
La Stella is also an ideal starting point for culture. The charming small town of Lucca is about 40 km away, Pisa about 50 km, and Florence approximately 110 km. The famous marble quarries of Carrara are only about 15 km away, and the Cinque Terre about 50 km.
Only about 1 km from the house, there's a small supermarket, a very good Ristorante/Pizzeria, and the small town of Massa is about 2 km away.
Getting there
Exit the A1 motorway at Parma onto the A12 towards La Spezia. Continue to the La Spezia – Firenze/Livorno motorway junction and follow the signs for Firenze/Livorno until you reach the Massa/Montignoso exit.
Shortly after the exit, turn right towards Mare/Marina di Massa. Stay on this road until you reach the seafront after about 1 km. Here, turn left and drive exactly 4.8 km until you see the brown town end sign for Massa on the left, and shortly thereafter a traffic light.
Turn left here and continue to the large traffic light intersection with Via Aurelia. Turn left here and drive up to the EKOM supermarket on the right side. The owner will meet you here and accompany you to your holiday home.

Pizzeria und Bäckerei alles gut erreichbar.
Küche gut ausgestattet. Weg zum Haus hinauf steinig, aber gut befahrbar. Meerblick ist sehr schön.

Sehr schönes, großzügiges Ferienhaus mit Olivenhain vor und Weinberg hinter dem Haus. Verschiedene Geschäfte in Montignoso sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Dies gilt auch für Restaurants und eine neue moderne Apotheke. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Lunigiana, zur Cinque Terre, Versilia- Küste, Pisa, Lucca oder Florenz ist das Haus gut gelegen. Die Stadt Massa, eine der beiden Hauptstädte der Provinz Massa-Carrara, liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und verfügt über alle wichtigen Infrastruktureinrichtungen. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer - alle mit Meerblick - und drei Badezimmer. Die Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern versehen, so dass ein Schutz vor Mücken besteht. Die große Küche mit Gasherd, Gefrier- und Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine ist gut nutzbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.
