From here it is not far to either the beach with playground and the adjacent restaurant with sea view or the Swedenrock area, approx. 20 minutes' walk along the footpath and cycle path. By car you can easily discover all the fishing communities around Listerlandet such as Hörvik, Nogersund and Hällevik. A boat trip over to beautiful Hanö to stroll around in a magical environment and also visit the lighthouse at the island's highest point is recommended. Sölvesborg offers shopping, a visit to the castle or just enjoying an ice cream with a view of the 760 m long pedestrian and bicycle bridge over Sölvesborg Bay. In addition to beautiful surroundings to move around in Norway, it is also not far from excellent hiking trails found in the nature reserve Ryssberget, which is located on the border between Skåne and Blekinge. Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
