The attractive 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained 4-family house in a quiet and sunny location. In about 15 minutes on foot, you can reach the public beach with its extensive sunbathing lawn, the beautiful old town of Cannobio, and the wonderful lakeside promenade with its cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. An extensive network of walking and hiking trails is practically on the doorstep. The Cannobina river with its refreshing swimming opportunities and the good Trattoria-Pizzeria-Bar "La Tana del Lupo" are about a 5-minute walk away. The mountainous and wildly romantic hinterland of the Valle Cannobina offers many scenic attractions as well as hiking opportunities and enchants again and again with dreamlike views of the lake. In total, the tastefully furnished 2-room apartment has a living area of about 60 m² and a private courtyard of about 15 m². The apartment is also well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, oven, and free internet access. Free public parking is about 200 m away. Cannobio (approx. 5,100 inhabitants) is a vibrant town and one of the most significant tourist centers on Lake Maggiore. This picturesque place has very ancient origins, reflected in the "Palazzi" of different eras. The beautiful lakeside promenade with the old harbor and its multitude of shops, restaurants, cafés, and bars invites you to linger and relax. Particularly attractive is the public beach with its generous lawn (grass and sand), where you can find shade under the trees in the summer; this beach is wonderfully suited for children. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy renting various water sports equipment: surfboards, motorboats, pedal boats, etc. Cannobio also offers other sports facilities: a sports field with an athletics track, sailing club, tennis courts, bocce courts, mini-golf, children's playground, etc. Proximity to well-known places like Locarno and Ascona with their annual international film and jazz festivals expands the recreational offerings.
