In case of cancellation by the tenant from the agreed rental contract, the following cancellation fees must be paid by the tenant - unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement:

• from 30 days before arrival: 95% of the pure rental price
• "No Show" or termination of the rental during the agreed rental period: 100% of the pure rental price

Cannobio (approx. 5,100 inhabitants) is a vibrant town and one of the most significant tourist centers on Lake Maggiore. This picturesque place has very ancient origins, reflected in the "Palazzi" of different eras. The beautiful lakeside promenade with the old harbor and its multitude of shops, restaurants, cafés, and bars invites you to linger and relax. Particularly attractive is the public beach with its generous lawn (grass and sand), where you can find shade under the trees in the summer; this beach is wonderfully suited for children. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy renting various water sports equipment: surfboards, motorboats, pedal boats, etc. Cannobio also offers other sports facilities: a sports field with an athletics track, sailing club, tennis courts, bocce courts, mini-golf, children's playground, etc. Proximity to well-known places like Locarno and Ascona with their annual international film and jazz festivals expands the recreational offerings.
