Beach House Guissèny Nodeven - Villa between two beaches
The renovations of the new holiday home will be completed in spring 2024 – the first photos are available – the terrace with Jacuzzi and sauna house and the complete garden area will be beautiful; the palms have already been delivered - we are waiting to show beautiful photos of the outside until the grass has grown everywhere. The long driveway to the house and the park area including the second terrace are still missing for visualization – the pictures of the beautiful gate of the driveway and the park area will follow around mid-May. The beach house "entre deux plages" has now been completely renovated – the house has been sufficiently insulated and underfloor heating installed – all the technology has been replaced. Now the house shines with a new extension where the large master bedroom is located / travertine bathroom with shower + WC and granite washbasin en suite! The highlight – the large bright room is on the ground floor only separated by large glass sliding doors from the sun terrace with direct access to the Jacuzzi and sauna – by the way, also a great bedroom for guests who bring their four-legged friend – the sliding door goes directly into the large garden (fenced). The second highlight that resulted from the new extension – is another elevated sun terrace with wonderful sea views. This terrace is accessed from the almost separate, second sleeping area on the upper floor – which consists of the second beautiful large bedroom the associated travertine bathroom (en suite) - shower and WC and a huge granite washbasin. This area is connected to a small library - with direct access to the sea view terrace.
By the way, the house even has a third terrace which is integrated into the large garden, which looks very stately due to the impressive driveway, and through the entrance gate.
The heart of the house is the large living, dining, and cooking area of about 60 m², which is reached through a pretty entrance area with a wardrobe - where the guest WC is also located (it must be mentioned... the washbasin in the WC is cut from a block of granite and weighs no less than 350 kg). The living area is very open, the kitchen offers plenty of space to indulge in culinary delights and a separate wine fridge is of course a must. A large dining table is ready, as well as a sofa-chair combination in front of the Breton granite fireplace. The house is equipped with fiber optic internet; for all those who love fast internet or need it for business. Of course, the beautiful and very quiet location exactly between two lovely nearby sandy beaches is very important - one from the entrance gate to the left at a distance of 60m - and the other to the right 50 m away. The beaches invite you to explore the beautiful landscape around Guissèny on foot at a short distance (the Nodeven beaches sometimes have a bit of "marée vert" in the summer – the most beautiful bathing beaches are all around – I would recommend the Vougot next door at high tide or also at low tide the beautiful beaches of Kerlouan).
A beautiful newly renovated modern holiday home, with a lovely close location to the sea and extremely quiet - that's truly breathtaking as a holiday retreat - then add a large fenced garden - a four-legged friend is also allowed - and you have a jacuzzi and a sauna at your disposal as well as terraces for every sun position; the upper terrace even with a sea view... one can only wish for dreamy and relaxing vacation days.

Brittany has so much to offer; just flip through a travel guide and you'll find many beautiful destinations in the vicinity, such as the very picturesque, "British" Roscoff, the beautiful Crozon Peninsula, or further south the Pointe du Raz, or Concarneau (famous for the Inspector Dupin detective stories), or even the artist-haven of Pont Aven... and so on... you'll fall in love with Brittany, if you haven't already!

Guissény is situated in a unique seascape; surely one of the most beautiful corners of Finistère – its proximity to the sea is unparalleled. When the homeowner asked us to take care of their beautiful house, which is practically surrounded by the sea, the decision was very easy for us – the location of the house is wonderfully serene, nestled in the natural surroundings of Finistère.
The region is very accessible by car, train - TGV, or flight.
Your holiday destination is located in the north of Finistère, about 30 km northeast of Brest.
Please never come directly to your holiday home - the meeting point is always our office in 29260 Lesneven - Rue de Jerusalem No. 28 - the office is open on your day of arrival from 3 pm to 7 pm.
The house can always be occupied from 5 pm on the day of arrival - departure should be before 9 am.
You will receive detailed directions to our OFFICE in Lesneven and a contact phone number - of course, we are happy to speak German with you upon request.
Often the approach is via Paris - and it is usually a good idea to bypass Paris! My tip is to take the Francilienne from Marne la Vallée in the general direction of Bordeaux (N 104). The Francilienne is a bit longer in terms of distance, but you often save a lot of time as it avoids traffic jams around and in Paris. The route then takes you past Le Mans and through Laval to Rennes. From Laval, you drive about 300 km for free on the RN 12 / E 50. After St. Brieuc, you will reach Morlaix.
An alternative is the northern route which many guests, for example from North Rhine-Westphalia, choose – also a good alternative for guests from southern Germany to bypass Paris – drive as usual on the A4 to Reims in Champagne and then swing north (A26) towards Amiens – you will then pass through Normandy /Le Havre past Mont St. Michel / St Malo directly to St Briec without passing Rennes.
It is important that you definitely download the "what3words" address system - otherwise, you may not be able to find your holiday home after the key handover in our office!

Several years ago, we landed in the beautiful Finistère and after a short time, we could no longer leave this "wonderful spot on earth". In addition to our own holiday homes, our agency "Villas Vacances" also takes care of holiday homes of other owners. We love Finistère and take care of all our holiday properties with the same affection. This property will be completely renovated for the summer of 2024 - it is wonderfully quiet - from the new roof terrace and the upper bedroom there is a small view of the nearby sea, and from the large gate at the entrance of the property, two sea bays are immediately accessible - hence the name "between the two beaches".
