The three cozy bedrooms offer plenty of space for the whole family or friends, with two of them equipped with two single beds each and the third bedroom offering a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with WC and wash basin. There is also a bathroom by the entrance with wc, wash basin and shower. Washing machine is in the basement for extra comfort. Outdoors, there are several options for those who love to be outside. Lovely lawn for playing and sunbathing. There is a balcony on the front and back of the house as well as a large, inviting conservatory at the front where you can spend time with friends and family well into the evening. Skummelövstrand is a popular beach resort and for those who are tired of the sea, it is a walking distance to the beach about 1.5 km away. Here is a 25-metre heated seawater pool. By the pool there is also a kiosk with simple snacks. If you want to make a day trip, visit Svarvareskogen, a green oasis with a large number of hiking trails and two exercise loops. For those who like tennis, go to Skummeslövs Tennisklubb, one of Sweden's largest tennis facilities. If you like adventure, you should go to Kungsbygget Adventure Park, they offer active experiences with summer tobogganing, zipline, climbing, cycling and bungy rocket. There is a lot to do and see here. The house is very well planned and well thought out and makes for a perfect holiday.

Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
