The property is located in a strategic position to visit the whole of Salento, close to the predominantly sandy Ionian coast, such as Lido Marini and Torre Mozza about 5 minutes by car, and Torre S.Giovanni and Pescoluse 10 minutes, it also enjoys the proximity of wonderful views.

How to get there:
- From Bari continue to Brindisi/Lecce
- enter into SS16
- take the West ring road exit towards the West/Gallipoli ring road
- take exit 13-B Gallipoli towards Gallipoli and continue on SS101
- Gallipoli continue towards Santa Maria di Leuca on the SS274
- turn left into Salentina Meridionale and immediately right into Via Piezzo
- along the tracks to the intersection turn right via Sicilia to the roundabout
- take the 1st exit on the right and turn left onto Via Kennedy
- turn the first right and you will find in Via Calabria 77 (where to collect the keys) the villa on the left that is at the corner with Via Pio the tower where the structure is located A casa di Katia civico 10.
