This wonderful residence located in a panoramic position dominates the surrounding landscape offering an enchanting view of the sea which extends from the Gulf of Cannigione to the La Maddalena Archipelago.
The sea breeze envelops this exclusive residence which is made up of two independent apartments.
The private garden, large and with attention to detail, offers various relaxation areas, a solarium and a barbecue area, guaranteeing guests a true oasis of tranquility and entertainment. Elegance and tradition blend harmoniously in both units that make up the property, both finely finished with high quality materials and furnished with authentic Sardinian style.
Internally the house is on two levels. On the ground floor we find the main apartment with a veranda overlooking the sea, covered and equipped with table and chairs, which welcomes guests and gives access to the large living-dining room and the kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and two further double bedrooms and bathroom with shower.
The second apartment, on the upper level, also has an equipped covered veranda, a welcoming living-dining room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and bathroom.

All cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing by the Customer.
Cancellation.
The cancellation made by the Client for confirmed reservations will involve the following penalties, always calculated on the entire amount of the stay:
- 20% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated up to 91 days before the start date of the stay;
- 50% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated from 31 to 90 days before the start of the stay;
- 100% of the amount: no refund for cancellations received in the 30 days prior to the start date of stay.
For the purposes of penalties, the entire stay is considered as a single period not divisible into individual weeks, the reference date for the counting of days is always that of the beginning of the stay, whatever the cancelled period; changes of period or accommodation are considered cancellations and therefore will be applied the penalties.
