This impressive southeast-facing villa, built on three levels on a 1250m2 plot, features five beautiful and spacious bedrooms, five bathrooms, a service toilet, and a large and bright living room. The villa has two elevators that make the different levels of the property easily accessible.
On the first level of the villa, you have a fascinating living room that offers beautiful views over the garden and pool. The marble tiles, columns, elegant furniture and chandeliers take you back to the era of elegant nobility and luxurious accommodations. The living room has a dining area with a glass table and comfortable upholstered chairs. The two spacious sitting areas have comfortable sofas, coffee tables, large windows, and wall-sized glass sliding doors. On the ground level, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest of drawers, and recessed wardrobes. The furniture keeps the same elegance and distinction, the marble floors give you the impression of a cool atmosphere even on hot summer days. The family bathroom has a bathtub with a jacuzzi, a distinct shower with a rain head, a double sink, a toilet, and a bidet. The second bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest of drawers, and recessed wardrobes. From here you may exit to the garden. The family bathroom has a bathtub, a double sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet and bidet, and elegant finishings. On the villa's second floor, you have two bedrooms connected through a spacious hallway with wrought iron and wooden railing. The master bedroom on the top level of the villa has amazing panoramic views over the whole area. You may admire the sea and the Mediterranean vegetation and architecture without even leaving the bedroom. The electric adjustable bed from Jensen makes even your sleep in this villa an unforgettable experience. You also have nightstands with lamps and a make-up table. The dressing is a very generous space with plenty of room for storage. From the master bedroom, you may exit to the lovely terrace from where you have panoramic sea-, mountain and urbanization views. The master bathroom is impressive through its elegant furniture and exquisite finishings. You have a bathtub, a walk-in shower, a double sink, a toilet and a bide. All the bedrooms have electric shutters. The second bedroom on this level has a double bed and nightstands with lamps and a make-up table. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet.
On the ground floor of the villa, you have access to a distinct apartment with a beautiful living room that has a comfortable sitting area with two spacious leather sofas, a leather armchair, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom has a double bed, nightstands with lamps, and an exit to the courtyard through large sliding glass doors. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, bidet, and walk-in shower. The open-plan kitchenette with bar stools along an island, a toaster and a coffee machine. You have access to a laundry room with an ironing board and fridge. On this villa level, you have access through the garage to a completely equipped gym. If you want to keep fit even during your holiday you have all the necessary equipment: treadmill, bikes, ellipticals, dumbbells. Two lifts allow easy access to all levels of the villa.

The villa has 1250 m2 of beautiful patios, a courtyard and a garden that surrounds it. The entrance in the yard gives you a very pleasant first impression of the Mediterranean atmosphere: stone walls that guarantee the privacy of the property, and lavishing Mediterranean vegetation. The yard and garage can host up to 4 cars. As you climb the typical brick stairs you get to the main level of the property with its garden and palm trees. Generous stairs lead to the main entrance of the villa. As you go round the villa you will have the surprise of a beautiful panorama that reveals the surprising mountains of Sierra de las Nieves.
A south-facing terrace (57m2) offers access to the living room and has a comfortable sitting area for 4 with sofas and armchairs. The dining area is furnished with comfortable armchairs that can host up to 6 guests. The sun lounges where you can really enjoy your holiday are placed near the swimming pool. On hot summer days, you can open the umbrellas and turn the fan on to cool down. For your complete comfort, you have a rattan sun island with a rain cover to be able to enjoy your stay in the garden even on rainy days.
The 10x4m heated pool is right in front of the terrace and is also surrounded by a thick layer of green grass. Heating of the pool is charged extra 400 euros per week (please inquire about the exact price as electricity prices are increasing)
There is a terrace on the first level (29m2) of the villa where you can make the most of the sun and the beautiful mountain views. From here you can admire the neighbourhood and the lavishing Mediterranean vegetation. You also have an impressive cool inner courtyard with beautiful columns and marble tiles where you can fully enjoy the southern nights in dim light.

The villa is located in the beautiful El Rosario neighbourhood, residential urbanization with private houses and villas, just 7km from Marbella city centre. The houses from the upper part of the neighbourhood have incredible sea views, on clear sunny days you can even see The Rock of Gibraltar or Africa. Our villa is in the upper part so you get the best views in almost every room. Placed next to the Parque National Sierra de las Nieves and only one kilometre from Playa el Alicate this property gives you the opportunity to enjoy all the natural beauties of astonishing Spain. The sea- and mountain views are breathtaking, without even leaving the premises you are surrounded by the best attractions of southern Spain.

Playa el Alicate, is 1km from the villa. El Alicate is a nice sandy beach, cleaned daily, with a smooth entrance into the sea, no rocks and moderate waves. From the beach restaurants, you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas.
~ Shopping;Restaurants
500m from the villa, you'll find a Carrefour supermarket from where you can buy fresh vegetables, fresh fish and even fresh baked bread. In 1km there is an SuperCor Expres supermarket, the only one open 24h and in 6km you have other two local supermarkets, Lidl and Mercadona. For your weekly shopping, we recommend La Canada, the biggest mall in Costa del Sol, located at just 9km.As for restaurants, the closest one is at only 500m, Rosario with delicious tapas, fresh fish and seafood. At only 900m from the villa, you have Kayena Marbella Kitchen and Lounge where you can serve breakfast, lunch or dinner, with great service and facilities. Los Cano is another restaurant in El Rosario, very famous due to its delicious fresh seafood dishes, paella and roasted meats. On the beach, you also have various restaurants and chiringuitos, Restaurante Luuma Meach Marbella, Bono Beach, El Chiri Marbella, Las Flores, El Arenal.

There are two renowned golf courses within 1km of the villa. Marbella Golf; Country Club (designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones Senior) and Santa Clara Golf (18-hole golf course, par 71 designed by Enrique Canales Busquets). Also from here, you can easily visit the major attractions of the area. In 10 minutes by car (7 km) you can visit the beautiful Old Town; Orange Square in Marbella. For your kids or for a family activity, we have the perfect place at just 3 km, Aventura Amazonia Park, the largest adventure park in Andalusia. In just 20 minutes by car (19 km) you reach the famous Puerto Banus, known as the pole of luxury and parties. Within 8 minutes (7km) drive you discover the hidden treasure of Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. Malaga International Airport is a 40 minutes drive (45km).
