Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the lease in writing. If the tenant does not name a substitute tenant, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-letting is not possible.
Withdrawal:
- up to 95 days before the start of the rental = 35% of the rental price
- up to 45 days before the start of the rental = 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental = 75% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) = 100% of the rental price.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Liebe Eheleute Schulte-Nover,
unser Aufenthalt in Ihrem Ferienhaus war wirklich wunderbar und sehr erholsam. Die Lage des Hauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand ist schnell erreichbar und mit dem Fahrrad kann man die Umgebung, wie Veere und Domburg, gut erkunden.
Ihr Tipp für den besten Kibbeling bei -Bij Jans aan Zee- war hervorragend und wir können ihn nur bestätigen.
Der Willkommensgruß hat unseren Urlaub zusätzlich versüßt - der Honig war wirklich köstlich.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Besonders der Kontakt mit Ihnen war unkompliziert und äußerst angenehm.
Alles war perfekt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit der Wahl dieses Ferienhauses.
Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern (5 und 2) einfach klasse. Es gibt viele Spielsachen und der Garten mit Klettergerüst ist einfach klasse. Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Treppenschutz, es ist an alles gedacht. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und problemlos. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
