In this charming holiday home you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday in complete peace and seclusion, away from mass tourism. The outdoor area is surrounded by lovingly maintained surroundings and houses a 6.5 x 3.5 m pool, which is safely fenced to ensure your privacy. Comfortable sun loungers and a parasol invite you to relax, while an adjacent lawn is ideal for outdoor games and activities.
The spacious 40 m² terrace, equipped with a brick outdoor grill, offers enough space and seating for the whole family and is perfect for barbecue evenings together under the Mallorcan starry sky.
When you enter the house you will find a comfortably furnished living and dining area that flows seamlessly into a modern, fully equipped open kitchen. You will not miss anything here. The house offers internet access, satellite TV and many other details to make your stay pleasant.
The finca is fully equipped with towels for the kitchen, bathroom and the pool/beach. A cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge on request. Above the kitchen there is a charming gallery with two single beds, which can be reached via a rustic wooden staircase. The two spacious bedrooms and the two bathrooms are located at the rear of the house, with the master bedroom having its own bathroom en suite. A living area and a bedroom are equipped with air conditioning to ensure pleasant temperatures even on warm days.

In the months of March, April and May there is no additional charge for electricity. In the remaining months, electricity is charged at €10.00 per day, payable in cash on arrival.
The deposit of 300 euros must be paid to the landlord by bank transfer before arrival. You will receive the request and the owner's bank details in a separate email from us before arrival. If the house is handed over without defects, the deposit will be refunded to you by bank transfer after your stay by the landlord or property manager.
The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.
The booked holiday accommodation is intended for holiday use only. It is strictly forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that violate the law or could disturb the neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule can result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
