The finca is fully equipped with towels for the kitchen, bathroom and the pool/beach. A cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge on request. In the months of March, April and May there is no additional charge for electricity. In the remaining months, electricity is charged at €10.00 per day, payable in cash on arrival.
The deposit of 300 euros must be paid to the landlord by bank transfer before arrival. You will receive the request and the owner's bank details in a separate email from us before arrival. If the house is handed over without defects, the deposit will be refunded to you by bank transfer after your stay by the landlord or property manager.

The booked holiday accommodation is intended for holiday use only. It is strictly forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that violate the law or could disturb the neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule can result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
