In the outdoors, you can take a dip in the refreshing chlorine pool, which measures 7 meters long and 3 meters wide, with a depth of 1.7 meters. The garden offers a private space to relax, and there are two porches: one in front of the house, with a table and stone benches, and another near the pool, with a table to enjoy a coffee outdoors or a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and has direct neighbours.
Inside, the living room is equipped with a television for the entertainment of guests. The dining room, open to the kitchen with ceramic hob, offers a cosy atmosphere to enjoy meals with family. The laundry room, located in the bathroom, is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for added convenience.
