Not only is it very near the beach but it is also conveniently located for shops, restaurants etc.There are lots of restaurants with Dalmatian specialties in front of the apartment and lovely caffe bars, where you can drink a first morning espresso

Cancellation and early termination
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period starts and doesn't name a new tenant who accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs:

- up to 43 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- up to 29 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price
- - In case of No show or in case of interruption of the holiday ... 100% of the total holiday amount.
(2) A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. Decisive is the day of receipt of the declaration by the advertiser.
