Welcome to our holiday home. Escape the hustle and bustle and embrace an oasis of peace, space and natural beauty. Our brand new residence, completed in 2024, offers a contemporary retreat in the middle of the meadow bird area 't Schagerwad'.
Our holiday home is a studio with living room, fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea making facilities, bedroom, private bathroom and a beautiful view over 't Schagerwad' nature reserve. The holiday home is located on the first floor, accessible via the stairs, so the view is spectacular.
Birdwatching in 't Schagerwad: meadow birds, birds of prey, kingfisher and a lot more to see.

Our yard is located in the middle of 't Schagerwad, a nature reserve just outside Schagen. This area is known for its meadow birds.
Our holiday home is located 3 km from the center of Schagen with the well-known Westfriese market on Thursdays. The beach and the forest are 10 km away from us. Cycling routes start directly from our yard, in the spring they pass the bulb fields and through the beautiful polder landscape with the many farms.
