The terraces feature seating areas in the shade or sun, depending on your preference.
A little further away and not visible from the house, there's a large pool (5.5m x 11m) you can enjoy. The water is treated using "salt electrolysis" and does not contain any chlorine.
The pool terrace, shady spots or the lawn are simply perfect for relaxing.
The property is located on a hill with a south-facing slope, so you can enjoy a fantastic view reaching as far as Lagos in the south-west and as far as Portimão in the opposite direction, with some glimpses of the Atlantic Ocean in between.
The house, which is nestled right in the garden, has been expertly embedded into the slope and can thus be accessed from the garden from both consecutive floors. All bedrooms in the upper wing lead to a small, partly covered terrace that invites you to explore the beauty of this garden and bask in its Mediterranean charm.
The four bedrooms can accommodate up to 7 people; 2 renovated bathrooms are available for guests.
In the basement, to the east, there is a modern, fully restored living-room-cum-kitchen with adjoining patio and traditional oven. In the courtyard, decorated with fragrant vines, there is a heavy, solid dining table simply waiting for guests to sit down and enjoy their meal. From the kitchen there's access to the dining room in the middle of the house, which is furnished with traditional furniture and connected to the kitchen by an archway.
The spacious living room with fireplace and the gallery above offers plenty of space for relaxing in comfort. Any pianists will be rewarded as soon as they lift the lid of the Yamaha Clavinova - a pleasure for those who appreciate it.
In addition to a storage room adjacent to the kitchen, there is another so-called guest WC, which also houses the washing machine.
Both floors are connected by a wide staircase in the middle of the house.
Water for domestic use is heated using a solar collector; the central heating and air conditioning units in all bedrooms use a heat pump.
It should also be mentioned that a landscaping company has its headquarters and an office here. However, the spatial layout of the property guarantees guests complete and undisturbed privacy. This also applies to the pool area, which faces west away from the house and is pretty much invisible to any onlookers. The small sunbathing area is contrasted with the large saltwater pool (5.5x12m).
Not to forget our guests' three favourite locals - Charly, Speedy and Einstein - thoroughbred mongrels who are just waiting to be petted but are by no means pushy and act as an enrichment for all who stay here and enjoy this little paradise.
