Part of a semi-detached house, the cottage has an older charm and sits slightly elevated, providing a charming view of the lake. The living room, where you can plan your upcoming days, features a sofa and a couple of armchairs. The kitchen corner is equipped with a sturdy stove with an oven and a fridge with a small freezer, allowing you to prepare both dinner and picnic lunches efficiently. A coffee maker and kettle are provided for your convenience. The house comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the smaller room with a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower and toilet is available. Outside, you have access to outdoor furniture and a basic grill; remember to bring charcoal. If you're a larger group, you have the option to also book cottage number 57201. You can easily take a refreshing morning or evening swim down by the lake, within walking distance. If you want to venture out onto the lake, there is a canoe + canoe trailer available, along with three life jackets for borrowing. Torsby is approximately 20 km away, where you can stock up on supplies for a pleasant stay. The cottage is heated with electric heaters. These must not be covered due to fire risk, so avoid placing any clothes on them. During seasons when extra warmth is needed, the temperature is centrally regulated at the entrance inside the cottage and should be set at 21–22 degrees Celsius. Upon departure, the temperature should be reset to 10-12 degrees Celsius. The house should be left in a clean condition for the next guest. A vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, and other items are available in the bathroom/entrance. You bring your own bed linen and towels. Welcome to Värmland, Kyrkonäs, and Lake Brocken!

Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
