Capacity for one to five (1-5) persons. It is located in the basement of the house. It contains a kitchen, a dining table, a living room with a flat screen TV, a bathroom, and two bedrooms, one room has a double bed, while the other room has three single (independent) beds. In front of the apartment in the shade there is a terrace where there is a table and chairs for sitting. The apartment rental price includes the use of: bed linen, towels, Wi-fi, and air conditioning.
Air condition
It is located only 400 meters from the beach (Plaza Spadici Materada), and 900 meters from the old town of Poreč. In the vicinity of the house, you can quickly reach a shop (Market Studenac), a cafe (Eis Caffe Bar Coco), a restaurant (Restaurant Malu) and all necessary amenities. Parking for guests is provided within the house. The house has a total of six (6) apartments.
