Villa can accommodate four to six (4-6) people. It contains a nicely decorated living area with a flat screen TV, a fireplace, a dining table, and a kitchen. The house has three bedrooms with double beds, one of which has access to the balcony. The villa also has a fully equipped bathroom and a separate toilet. A storage room is available for guests to wash and iron goods. From the living room, you can go out to a spacious terrace with seating, which offers a wonderful view of the pool and the surrounding greenery. It is in the immediate vicinity of the observatory of the world-famous astronomer Korad Korlević. The entire house has been renovated and is located on a completely fenced yard. Guests have at their disposal an outdoor heated pool with hydromassage waves, a covered terrace with seating, deckchairs with umbrellas, a net for playing volleyball, parking in the courtyard of the villa and a barbecue/fireplace.
