The maisonette flat is located in a very beautiful private residential domain with approx. 40 units. The very lovingly designed complex is gate secured and also has a local concierge.
The air-conditioned living space of approx. 60 sqm is distributed over two living levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining area with a large balcony with dining ensemble and a very beautiful sea view to the bay of St. Tropez, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bath and toilet. The 1st floor can be reached via a spiral staircase. There you find the very nicely decorated second bedroom, also with double bed and a small balcony.
The residents of the complex have an extremely beautiful pool area at their disposal (May to approx. end of September, depending on the weather). Sun loungers are available for the guests of the flat.
An extra bed for a child can be provided if required.

Located in the hills of Grimaud, it offers a wonderful view of the green surroundings and the Gulf of St Tropez.
The location is ideal as you are in an absolutely quiet area and yet within a few minutes drive you can reach Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Sainte Maxime and St. Tropez.
At a distance of approx. 4 km you will find the large "Luna Park" - a leisure attraction/fair for families with numerous rides, large miniature golf course etc. as well as the shopping centre "La Foux".
