Two comfortable sofas , one of which converts into a bed in the beautiful living room-lounge area flooded with light from its bay window which opens onto the large terrace with the private swimming pool and a table for lunch. On the other side on a second covered terrace you can also eat and relax on the garden chairs. You can park your car when you arrive in front of the gate. Behind the latter you will discover the enclosed courtyard with a magnificent palm tree and the heated swimming pool from the beautiful days of April until October before the arrival of cooler days. The 2 enclosed courtyard terraces will allow your pet to enjoy the outdoors in complete safety.
