The house is located in Dramalj, a small town near Crikvenica. The distance to the beach is 400m, and to the center of Crikvenica 3000m. The house consists of several separate apartments. Parking is provided. Very friendly hosts live in the same property, and will be happy to help if necessary

(iii) from 59 to and including 30 days prior to arrival: 75%
(iv) from 29 days to and including 15 days prior to arrival: 90%
