House Vesna is the perfect place where you can spend your vacation since it is by nature with beautiful sea views and access to a private beach. The house can be only reached by boat from small place called Bobovišće, where you will be able to leave your car on a public parking spot.The property can be reached in a different ways, by boat from Bobovišće where you can park your car on a public parking lot, it can be reached by macadam road up to 200m from the house where car should be parked, or if you have four wheel drive vehicle you can park in front of the house. The boat ride takes 15 minutes. If you have your own boat you will also have a berth in front of the house and you can leave your trailer in Bobovišće. You can also rent a boat for the price of 300 k n per day. Electricity is obtained through solar cells and small household appliances that are heavy users of energy use are prohibited. There is an outdoor shower heated by sun where you have hot water, but make sure you us it rationally. We recommend taking enough food for your entire stay, but you can also order groceries which will be delivered to you twice a week.

Except as otherwise stated in the Traum Connect Terms, in case of a cancellation by the guest, Belvilla will pay according to the scheme below (as % of the rent or the amount paid by the guest, whichever is lower):

(ii) from 89 to and including 60 days prior to arrival: 50%
(iii) from 59 to and including 30 days prior to arrival: 75%
(iv) from 29 days to and including 15 days prior to arrival: 90%
(v) from 14 days to and including arrival day: 100%
