The detached, fully and tastefully furnished holiday home with two bedrooms can accommodate 5 people and is equipped with garden doors on the south side.
On the ground floor is the living room with an open kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances, including a 5-burner gas stove with a wok burner, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle and senseo. There is a washer and dryer. Also a luxurious bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and sink.
The house has central heating, 40 "HDTV with satellite channels, radio DVD.
The two bedrooms are upstairs and your bed is made when you arrive.
Rental price includes wireless Internet access, gas, water and electricity. Bed linen, bath and kitchen linen are also included (not for the cot, 120x60)
Rental period from Saturday to Saturday.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
You will receive the key upon arrival in the holiday home.

Schoorl has the most beautiful and cleanest Dutch beaches. The beaches in the immediate vicinity are: Hargen aan Zee, Camperduin and Schoorl aan Zee (car-free), all with a blue flag.
In addition to the numerous cycling and hiking trails along the coastal towns, the charming village of Bergen and the towns of Alkmaar and Schagen are nearby.
The house is in the sunny dune area of Camperduin at the end of a deadend street, 800m from the beach and a 10-minute walk from Groet with a supermarket, bakery and various restaurants.
The village of Schoorl stretches for about 8 km in length and a maximum width of 2 km. and lies on the edge of the highest and widest (5 KM) dunes in the Netherlands, which reach a height of up to 54 meters. National park "Schoorlse Duinen" is the widest nature area along the Dutch coast.

If the tenant withdraws from the contract, the owner has a claim for compensation according to the following staggering:
- Up to 3 months before the start of the rental: - 10% of the rental price
- From 3 to 2 months before the start of the rental: - 50% of the rental price
- from 2 to 1 month before the start of the rental: - 80% of the rental price
- Cancellation within 1 month before the start of the rental or in the event of a no-show: -100% of the rental price
We recommend taking out a cancellation insurance. In the case of late arrival or earlier departure, the tenant is not entitled to reimbursement of parts of the rental price.
Tourist tax tariff 2024: 2,20 EUR. p.p.p.n.
Arrival and departure day is friday, but from November to March on request.
