Holiday destination
La Vancelle is a small, Alsatian village in the mid-Vosges, 400 m away. It is nestled amongst the south flank of the Vosges Mountains, which peak at 856 m. At the beginning of the 19th century, La Vancelle was already known for its unique location. It is a little paradise that sits like a gem in a natural amphitheatre, surrounded by magnificent forests. La Vancelle is easily accessible throughout the year and only a few minutes from the German Wine Route and the wine villages.
Getting there
Leave Autobahn A35 at exit 17 towards St-Dié - Ste-Marie-aux-Mines. Drive through the town Châtenois towards Ste-Marie-aux-Mines N59. After 5 km, take a right towards La Vancelle D167.

Ankommen uns sich sofort wohlfühlen, so ging es uns. Das hübsche Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage in einem ansprechenden kleinen Dorf mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten. Es ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Weinstrasse. Das Haus ist hochwertig und stimmig eingerichtet. Uns haben die gute Beleuchtung, die praktischen Schiebetüren und der viele Stauram am besten gefallen. Der Höhepunkt dieser Unterunterkunft ist jedoch der riesige, traumhafte Blumengarten, den die Gäste nutzen dürfen. Wir waren jeden Augenblick fasziniert. Danke an die Eigentümer, die täglich viele Stunden diesen herrlichen Garten pflegen und verschönern und und uns an dieser Schönheit teilhaben lassen

wir sind zu dritt als Freundinnen gereist und hatten ein traumhaftes verlängertes Wochenende. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und es fehlte an nichts. Ein technisches Problem wurde sofort behoben und der Kontakt mit Familie Jost Rugraff war ausgesprochen nett, inklusive des freundlichen Hundes. Der Garten ist ein wunderschönes Idyll, eigentlich gibt es gar keinen Grund mehr woanders hinzugehen... Insgesamt ist es total ruhig im Ort, man kann perfekt bei weit offenem Fenster schlafen, trotzdem ist man schnell in den umliegenden Orten wie Colmar oder Riquewihr. Sowohl Parkmöglichkeiten als auch Busanbindung sind direkt vor der Tür. Wandern kann man ebenfalls fantastisch direkt von der Wohnung aus, die Beschilderung ist gut. Alles Bestens, vielen Dank !
