German and international TV channels via Astra1. Internet for surfing only. Bathing possibilities on a shallow sandy beach, 300 m away. Smoke oven for fish, hot smoking. Indoor filleting space for fish with light and running water. Distance to boat: 20 meters. Boats for rent 2023: 1x 21 foot boat with 60 HP engine, GPS / chart plotter / sonar. 1x 23 foot boat with cabin and 115 HP engine, GPS / chart plotter / echo sounder. Boats for rent 2024: 1x 19 foot Hobby 555 boat with 60 HP Suzuki, GPS/chart plotter/sonar. 1x 21 foot Gemi 630 with 115 HP engine, GPS/chart plotter/echo sounder. A small building of 10-12 sqm with filleting, water and light, freezer, refrigerator and space for storage of fishing equipment m.m. Going by boat under the bridge at Garten is only possible with high tide. Salmon fishing in Norddalselva, 70 km. Trout and char in Liavatnet, 27 km. The holiday home is a great starting point for car trips on the Fosen Peninsula, to Trondheim, Røros etc. 5 km to the center with all service options and fast boat to i.a. Trondheim and Kristiansund. Experiences in the immediate area: Sjøgata at Uthaug, Innstrandfjæra nature reserve, Grandefjæra nature reserve, Hovsfjæra nature reserve, Austråttborgen - a noble castle from 1656 today city museum, Austrått Fort with the big cannons from World War II now museum, Austrått golf course, trotting track, Austrapspravn.

Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
