Cancellation policy
We expect our guests to take out cancellation insurance.
1. If cancellation is made by the tenant in advance, it must be in writing and must be confirmed in writing by the landlord.
2.1. If cancellation occurs within 8 days after receiving the rental contract, the option right applies.
2.2. If cancellation occurs after these 8 days and up to 45 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the rental sum will be charged;
2.3. For cancellations between 45 days and 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental sum will be charged.
2.4. For cancellations from 30 days before the start of the rental period, 90% of the rental sum will be charged.

Holiday destination
Egmond has a large beach just a 5-minute walk from our apartment, and the dune area is even closer.
The region is worth visiting not only in summer or spring but also in autumn and winter, as they are very beautiful in Egmond aan Zee.
The cheese market as well as Amsterdam and Haarlem are not far away.
Many restaurants are located by the sea and on the boulevard, making it a holiday spot for everyone.
Getting there
You can reach Egmond via the Alkmaar A9 direction.
At the Alkmaar ring road, take the Egmond exit.

Wir würden sehr nett von Annette empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Ideal auch mit Hund. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Strand, Zentrum und zu den Dünen. Kommen gerne wieder
