The apartment, completely renovated and newly furnished in September 2017, is very spacious and comfortable. The living room has a large leather sofa, satellite TV, DVD, CD player and radio. In the 1st bedroom there is a double bed 180 x 200 cm and large built-in closets, the 2nd bedroom has a French bed. Bed 160 x 200 cm. The kitchenette with adjoining dining area offers a ceramic stove top, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment. Available: Water boiler, egg boiler, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), toaster, table grill. Spacious bathroom with shower and bidet and powerful hairdryer. Bed linen, towels and beach blankets are all high quality. Of course there's a safe.

The south of Fuerteventura with its miles of seemingly endless golden sand beaches, known as "Playas de Sotavento", is a paradise for sun worshippers, water sports enthusiasts, especially surfers, and all those who seek nature and tranquility. The apartment is located in the first row of beaches of the well-known tourist area "Costa Calma", a large bay of about 1.5 km length, at the narrowest point in the south of Fuerteventura. Nudism is possible in many places.
From the airport please give a quick call to +34 636670260 (key transfer). Choose the FV-2 in the direction of travel "Morro Jable". After about 1 hour drive you will reach "Costa Calma". Take the 2nd exit "Costa Calma OESTE", exit the following roundabout at the 2nd exit, turn left at the next crossroads. Then take the first street on the right, drive straight ahead towards the shopping centre "Bahia Calma", turn right and then take the first street on the left. At the corner of the street, on a white wall, there is the sign "Maryvent". Just keep going straight down to the beach. On the left is the house (terracotta colours) with your apartment. We' re expecting you!

The first child up to the age of 4 years travels free of charge.
