Our luxurious 5 star penthouse-tower apartment has a wonderful location on the last floor of a vacation house, on a kilometres long beach with fine sand. From here, you can have a good overview and enjoy the fantastic panorama over the Baltic Sea and the entire coast up to Lübeck-Travemünde from your own, 35 m² large south terrace. The terrace reminds of a winter garden. A beach chair is available for free, in the summer months. It is worth visiting our wellness penthouse also thanks to its subtropical swimming pool with 29 C° water temperature. So that you can completely relax and have everything you need during your vacation, we completely renewed our apartment in 2007. You will find top quality equipment with fireplace, warming booth, massage-chair, feet massage machine, air conditioning, washing machine, dish washer, as well as several TV sets, DVD player, video recorder and stereo system.
Besides the gorgeous view you can enjoy from any (!) Window offers your sunny, south-facing apartment also has a very central location. Various restaurants and shops (especially in the near Neustadt), which Sierksdorfer Tourist Board, various sports and leisure facilities, various cultural activities, the Banana Museum, the popular Hansa Park and the seaside resorts Haffkrug and Scharbeutz easily accessible from our apartment on foot or by bicycle or a few minutes by car and guest bus.
In the equipment of our penthouses we have placed particular emphasis on high-quality and comfortable furnishings to make your stay as comfortable as possible. As our winter garden is also fully equipped, it serves you as a kind of second living room, where you start with a champagne breakfast overlooking the sea in the day, keep listening to relaxing music in a midday rest temples and where your children can play undisturbed.

Thus you are on vacation and you can recover well as a lack of anything, we have our apartment in 2007 brand new and very high quality and in the spring of 2012, again largely renovated and extended. YOUR HOLIDAY DOMICILE:
Your apartment headed to the south is located very quietly and sunny and offers, additionally to the wonderful view you can enjoy through the window, a very central location. All restaurants, several shops, the Sierksdorfer tourism office, many athletic and free time facilities, different cultural offers, the banana museum, the Hansapark, famous with families with children, as well as the Baltic Sea spas of Haffkrug and Scharbeutz are easily reachable by foot from your apartment. Great importance is attached was put to luxurious and comfortable furniture in our penthouse apartments, for making your stay as pleasurable as possible. As our winter garden is also completely equipped, it makes a second living room, where you can start your day with a sparkling wine-breakfast with sea view, listening to relaxing music while taking a nap, where your kids can play undisturbed.

The romantic bedroom has a double bed, canopy and a panoramic sea view. Enjoy the fantastic sea view in the morning, when you wake up, or during the day, while relaxing. We tried a lot to create a top quality, Mediterranean design. Very high ceilings, as well as special furniture pieces offer a unique atmosphere. Further more, a TV with cable and a wellness alarm radio, as well as 2 small bed stands are at your disposal. In the second bedroom, there are 2 separate single beds, as well as a typically decorated cornice. Opaque jalousies, comfortable spring mattresses, as well as adjustable slatted frames (both in the romantic bedroom and in the guests/ children room) take care of your comfortable sleep. The apartment is comfortably equipped. It has a hallway, 2 separate bedrooms, 1 large living/dining room with panoramic view over the Baltic Sea, modern and completely equipped Miele kitchen with washing machine, dish washer and microwave, separate storage room, various books, games and DVDs, special telescope for sky, land and sea watching, several TV sets, DVD players, video recorders and stereo system, as well as an elegant marble bathroom with shower, radiator and hair dryer. Moreover, a huge, well furnished south terrace with fireplace (with alcohol base fire) and integrated winter garden is at your disposal. On the property of your vacation house, there is a tennis court and a comfortable bar, a small shop and a diving center. The children playground can be found behind the house.

PENTHOUSE TERRACE WITH PANORAMIC SEA VIEW:
We outfitted the terrace with glass elements that can be variegated after your wishes, for offering you to enjoy a terrific ‚sea-view atmosphere’ also during the evening hours and the colder months. You have the choice to let the sun tan you on a divan bed in the open or spend a few relaxing hours in the relax armchair in the enclosed winter garden in front of a nice fire. As the terrace faces the south, you can enjoy the sun on your own sun deck in a private atmosphere – away from nosy views. The dreamlike view goes all the way from Neustadt and Groemitz in the north to Haffkrug, Scharbeutz and Timmendorf in the south up to Luebeck-Travemuende. Our “Romantic advice”: It is especially romantic to let the day fade a way with a glass of red wine in the winter garden and enjoy the breathtaking sunset with sea view.
SWIMMING POOL IN THE HOUSE:
Because of the „wellness oasis“ with heat cabin, foot whirlpool bath and chi-massage equipment, as well as an own subtropical swimming pool at 29 ° water temperature, our “wellness penthouse sea view” is worth the trip during all seasons. In our swimming pool you can find a pool of 25x15 m and a special nonswimmer pool with an elephant slide. For your physical wellbeing there is also water gymnastics. Usually the admission to the subtropical swimming area is charged for holiday guests. However, we decided to give our guests a free 6-entry card that is to your free disposal. If you need further tickets, you can get those easily at the location. AS the swimming pool belongs to the complex, you will get special prices.
WELLNESS AND HEALTH:
So that you can relax in your penthouse extensively, we thought about ourselves, our guests something really special to make available, one infrared cabin. The heat generated here is comparable with the pleasant and positive-acting radiation of the sun. Unlike a traditional sauna in a warm cabin temperatures are around 45 degrees already found very pleasant. Heart and circulation are less stressed. Golf: The region surrounding the Baltic Sea resort of Sierksdorf is also a true paradise for golfers. Here you have the difficult choice: in an ambit of about 25 minute drive around the resort Sierksdorf there are 7 different golf courses at your disposal. Some of those are virtually at your doorsteps. Sierksdorf is a perfect origin for that, because the golf complexes are spread in a semi-circle (to the north, west and south) around the resort and are all easily available within a few minutes. The ‘Golfclub Brodauer Mühle’, for example, is only a 10 minute drive away. The 18-whole course with 9 whole small course and driving range is a perfect place for hiking and playing the beauty of the hilly landscape of Ostholstein.
The Baltic Sea resort Sierksdorf is also called ‘Loge seat at the Baltic Sea’ thanks to its location. Here, you will find among others a kilometres long sea shore with fine sands, a fantastic beach promenade, an impressive cliff line, many hiking and walking paths, as well as a huge and well marked route network for bikes. In Sierksdorf, you will find a good infrastructure, numerous restaurants, and a wide sport and leisure offer for all ages. All the other famous resorts at the Baltic Sea and Luebecker Bay, such as Groemitz, Timmendorfer beach and Travemuende can be reached in a few minutes by car or by bike. The Baltic Sea resorts Haffkrug and Scharbeutz can be reached in a short time and comfortably on foot.
