Holiday destination
Domburg is a well-known seaside resort on the former island of Walcheren. It boasts a cozy center with plenty of shops, restaurants, galleries, and terraces. Domburg features a beautiful beach and clean seawater.
The surroundings of the apartment are very picturesque and offer numerous opportunities for hiking and cycling. Thanks to its central location, Domburg is particularly suitable for day trips by bike to the Delta Works and the storm surge barrier in the Oosterschelde or to the old towns of Veere, Middelburg, and Vlissingen.

Domburg can be reached via various routes:
From Amsterdam/Rotterdam: Haringvliet Bridge - Grevelingendam - Oosterscheldekering, via North Beveland, follow the signs to Domburg. Amsterdam - Domburg 180 km.
From Utrecht/North/East: Utrecht - Breda - Bergen op Zoom - Middelburg - Domburg. Groningen - Domburg 360 km.
From Aachen/Cologne: Belgian motorway to Antwerp, "Ring 2" then direction Bergen op Zoom/Netherlands, then follow the signs Middelburg - Domburg. Cologne-Domburg 305 km.
From Düsseldorf: Motorway via Mönchengladbach to the border before Venlo - motorway straight to Eindhoven - Breda - Bergen op Zoom - Middelburg - Domburg. Düsseldorf-Domburg 280 km.

Für uns war die Zeit sehr entspannend. Durch die Zentrale Lage waren wir schnell am Strand oder auch in der Stadt. Das Häuschen ist für 2 Personen ideal. Die Toilettensituation ist nicht perfekt gelöst, dafür sind die Sanitärbereiche sehr sauber. Die Küche ist ordentlich und funktionstüchtig. Der Terrassenbereich kann im Sommer sehr schön genutzt werden. Ansonsten ist Domburg eine gemütliche kleine Stadt die uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Also für uns war es absolut in Ordnung und wir würden es jederzeit wieder anmieten.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in perfekter Lage Mitten in Domburg. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken und dort ist auch eine schöne Terasse mit Möbeln und zwei großen Bänken. Man kann seinen Morgenkaffe also in der Sonne genießen. Für zwei Personen ist das Haus ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad hat einen sehr schöne Badewanne mit Whirlpool, was besonders an kalten Tagen nach einem Strandspaziergang herrlich ist. Ein kleiner Föhn ist auch vorhanden. Leider hat das Bad keine Belüftung. In den Betten schläft man gut und die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Sie ist schnell und problemlos auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Wir konnten spontan eine spätere Abreisezeit vereinbaren. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
