This spacious villa has everything your heart desires.
In addition to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you have a spacious living area and an open kitchen.
Two bedrooms have direct access to the pool deck.
The kitchen is equipped with all imaginable kitchen appliances (e.g. coffee machine, hand mixer, 4-way toaster, hot water cooker, spice rack, ice cube maker, knife block, 2 x dishes for 6 people each, large oven, various glasses and much more). The kitchen has a.o. over a counter with 2 high chairs.
There are also 4 LED televisions, 2 DVD players and 1 Blu-Ray player (code-free) and a netbook. Internet is possible via WLAN, of course at no extra cost.
Various DVD / Blu Ray films and a PS 3 are available in the house.
2 beach chairs, 1 parasol and a cool box for a pleasant beach visit are also available.
A large gas grill is available for a cozy barbecue evening.
For small purchases or for sporting activities, 2 bicycles are available if required.
The large pool (9x4.5m) can be heated electrically in winter and is therefore ideal for a pleasant stay.
The large pool area offers plenty of space to sunbathe and relax, on the covered terrace you can enjoy your meals from breakfast to dinner. From your own boat dock you have a wonderful view over the canal.

From Fort Myers International Airport, the drive to the villa is approximately 35 minutes. If you arrive with Lufthansa at Miami International Airport or in Tampa, you have to allow approx. 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours for the crossing.
