Cancellation and termination of stay
(1) If the lessee cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the lease without naming a subsequent lessee who will enter into the contract on the same terms and conditions, the following pro-rata rentals (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, if another lease is not possible:

up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60 % of the rental price
up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90 % of the rental price
14 days before the start of the rental period 100 % of the rental price
Nevertheless, the landlord shall endeavour to let the rented property elsewhere.
The lessee can prove less damage at any time.
(2) If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rent.
(3) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the lessor shall be decisive.

Directly on the Achterwasser with adjacent footpaths and cycle paths that lead across the island and take you quickly to the nearby white Baltic Sea beach and to Zinnowitz.
The villa is situated in a traffic-calmed location on a private road.
Getting there
Coming from Hamburg, take the A1, then the A 20 to the Gützkow exit (Exit 27). Then via Wolgast (B111) to Zinnowitz. Take the first right into "Neuendorfer Weg". After approx. 500 m turn left into the holiday resort "Am Achterwasser". Second street on the right, second house on the left.
Coming from Berlin on the A 11 to the A 20, exit Friedland (exit 33). Continue on the B 197 to Anklam B 109/110 via Zecherin. Via Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf to Zinnowitz ( B 111). At the end of the village turn left into "Neuendorfer Weg".
By train to Stralsund or Züssow. Continue with the Usedomer Bäderbahn to Zinnowitz. From here it is about 1.4 km to Villa Achterblick.

Die Villa Achterblick ist ein wunderbarer Ort um einen traumhaften unvergesslichen Urlaub zu erleben. Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, eine komplett ausgestattete moderne Küche macht das Kochen zum Erlebnis. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl in einem perfekt sauberen Haus, ein Dankeschön an den Vermieter.
Gern kommen wir wieder.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Zinnowitz. Die Villa Achterblick ist ein traumhaftes Haus und mit allem ausgestattet was man begehren kann. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und toll durchdacht. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und wir konnten uns super entspannen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.
