With three bedrooms, families with 6 persons and 1 baby have plenty of space.
The 115 m² villa has a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The living area with fireplace has comfortable leather furniture and a 40' HDTV, 1 bedroom, sauna and a bathroom with rain shower.
Upstairs is the large bedroom and family room with optional baby bed, another bedroom and a rain shower.
The large bedroom has a comfortable seating area and a 32' HDTV and DVD/CD/Tuner/Bluetooth Audio.
Free DSL WLAN throughout the house.
The safety grid on the stairs on the upper floor provides the necessary security for our little guests.
The Achterwasser is a wonderful sailing area. Sailors, paddlers, canoeists and surfers will find a beautiful sports area here. From our villa to the Achterwasser it is only about 250 m. From here you can see the marina 350 m away.

Live your island - Let yourself be enchanted and spend the most beautiful days of the year in our high-quality villa under reed. Fine white sandy beaches are within easy reach and the idyllic Bodden landscape of the Achterwasser guarantees peace and relaxation.
Directly on the Achterwasser with adjacent footpaths and cycle paths that lead across the island and take you quickly to the nearby white Baltic Sea beach and to Zinnowitz.
The villa is situated in a traffic-calmed location on a private road.
Coming from Hamburg, take the A1, then the A 20 to the Gützkow exit (Exit 27). Then via Wolgast (B111) to Zinnowitz. Take the first right into "Neuendorfer Weg". After approx. 500 m turn left into the holiday resort "Am Achterwasser". Second street on the right, second house on the left.
Coming from Berlin on the A 11 to the A 20, exit Friedland (exit 33). Continue on the B 197 to Anklam B 109/110 via Zecherin. Via Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf to Zinnowitz ( B 111). At the end of the village turn left into "Neuendorfer Weg".
By train to Stralsund or Züssow. Continue with the Usedomer Bäderbahn to Zinnowitz. From here it is about 1.4 km to Villa Achterblick.

Cancellation and termination of stay
(1) If the lessee cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the lease without naming a subsequent lessee who will enter into the contract on the same terms and conditions, the following pro-rata rentals (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, if another lease is not possible:

up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10 % of the rental price
up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60 % of the rental price
up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90 % of the rental price
14 days before the start of the rental period 100 % of the rental price
Nevertheless, the landlord shall endeavour to let the rented property elsewhere.
The lessee can prove less damage at any time.
(2) If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rent.
(3) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the lessor shall be decisive.

Children under 6 years are exempt from the tourist tax
The visitor's tax per person from 6 years is 2,80 Euro per day in the period 01.04. - 31.10.
and from 01.11. - 31.03 at 2,20 Euro per day
Our prices are fixed prices! The reference "estimated price" is a specification of the platform.
From a rental period of 5 days the linen packages are included. Otherwise 17,-€/person.
