Villa Pelizzar is an authentic stone house located near the picturesque fishing village of Vrsar, the Special Reserve of Forest Vegetation Kontija, with many bicycle routes, and the Lim Bay where there is a fish and mussel farm.
The house was renovated in 2010 and is located on its own fenced property. Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool of 21 sqm with sun loungers and umbrellas, covered summer kitchen with fireplace and dining table, children's playground and two parking spaces.
