Es ist ein von den anderen Häusern isoliertes Haus mit einem umzäunten Garten ohne Aussicht. Um dorthin zu gelangen, muss man durch eine dicke Schotterschicht laufen. Rundherum Wiesengras mit vielen Insekten und Mücken. Da es keine Fliegengitter gibt, gibt es bei uns viele Insekten. Das Haus ist von außen wunderschön. Die Sitzplätze im Freien sind schlecht. Ein Stuhl ist kaputt und 2 Stühle sind beschädigt. Der Innenraum ist ansonsten in Ordnung. Bei schönem Wetter wird es drinnen sehr heiß und es ist schwierig, sich abzukühlen. Eine Klimaanlage wäre empfehlenswert. Im Inneren gibt es einige große Risse in einigen Fenstern und ein Stück Wand/Rahmen, das morsch ist. Die Dusche ist wirklich schlecht. Ein Sprinkler, der nicht richtig funktioniert. Ein Wasserhahn, der nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Tür, die sich nicht schließt. Eine wellige Kunststoffoberfläche in der Dusche. Die Küche ist in Ordnung, aber der mittlere Brenner des Gasherds funktioniert nicht richtig.
